Hey, relax!


Another week gone... Time to relax myself again. Thinking of this Sunday's plan is going to have a jungle walk with friends is the most waiting moment. I like to have jungle walk, I like nature, when I am there, I feel relaxing.

A very nice friend told me that I was not relaxing, I was too tensed, may scare away friends. I am thinking all the time, what does she mean. So, recently, I tell myself to relax, take a deep breathe, inhale, exhale, tell myself, "Relax." Well, I do this few days, I slowly understand what does she say. In fact, I get angry and up set easily sometimes. Someone might no harm with their words, it may hurt my feeling because of sensitivity. "Relax." I told myself. I put wrong definition to people words. Learning not too sensitive, take it easy; when I get annoyed again, I just tell myself, "Relax..."

Well, it works to me, I not sure those who have same problem with me can work in that way or not, why not just try it out now -- Relax, pal.

Great! Hope you enjoy it. I like to exercise in the morning, especially jungle walk.
